Web Hal can be programmed to understand/talk portuguese or another languages? Portuguese estructure sintax is different from english, some questions/answers can have conflict with other or the system could not understand and not work properly. The USISINOS university - Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, - is interested to build an agent that can assist the visitors of the campus and newbies students.
