Internet self search learning.

Could someone build a module for Ultra Hal 4.5 that would Allow the AIM bot
to use the front page lines of an internet search by one of the search engines,
This way Hal can pick up quick short line information while talking with someone on line, Example: User says to Hal: Can you tell me about "Tesla"
Hal would then anonomously and quitely do a Meta Internet search and find short keyword sentences to add to the conversation between Hal and the User. Using the Internet itself as a learning text when it finds no information on a subject a User is discussing. I think this would Give Hal a lot of thinking power and would help Hal to keep on Topic.
Best of luck.
Jerry.
