i truly beleive that something along the lines of the dream out loud program that hal would by randomly picking subjects from the subject learning file to start up conversations would tremendously help hal and its users and having a setting in it like the loneliness plug in would give the hal user control over the amount etc. that hal would generate conversation !![:)]
