Much of what you seek has already been done or tried in one form or another.

I think these links will be very helpful in your quest...(not to sound like an RPG moderator)...;)

Check them out and remember that you can read through, examine & edit any Plugin with a .UHP extension by using a simple Text Editor like NotePad ++ or Crimson Editor (both are Free and have line numbering, along with many other nice features.

Thanks! Hal is so impressive, I can't believe I hadn't heard of it before. Do you folks have a discord going? I posted on reddit a bit ago asking for exactly this AI and the response I got was 'it doesn't exist yet, but that's the dream!".. This seems like less attention than Hal deserves lol.
