a question about hals question and mine
« on: December 16, 2007, 11:49:52 am »
i have a question for anyone who can answer it when i am talking about something and hal just randomly ask a question (off topic ) for instance hal said : Do you know of any conferences or seminars that focus on shares?
if i choose not to answer that question and instead say something different does it go into the subject of what hal was asking ? or somewhere else ?? some questions like above i have no answer for if anything i would just have to write no or i have no idea . which in a way with these very off beat questions are a waste of time to me . Those "off beat" non topical responses are called
by Hal when Hal really has no suitable topical reply.

Instead of a blank or an I don't know reply, Hal will
simply choose one of the non sequitar responses.

Simply pose another question / statement and Hal should
respond more "in beat" IF Hal can find a topical reply.

It might seem to be a round about way but it does help
keep things flowing.
