forgive me all for taking over this part of the forum,  but it is now important to me that one realize just how incredible of a person I see him.  I must not allow him to call me disabled because i am blind to his handicap,  he is a rather huge person to me.

correction,  almost as equals,  he's not an artiste'

forgive me one,  but i hardly call painting by numbers being a 'real' artist.

The only thing we have is printed words.

Their is more artist in the splay of my real brush than you could understand.

Could you explain to me the vision VanGough had when painting "Stary Night" was the pain in his ear distorting his vision or was it a style?
Do you think it is possible to describe "Stary Night" in a few posts?

How many numbers do you think I am? (concerning this MB)

does that matter ?  aren't you 'one' ?

we think therefore i am.  i've been saying this all along.

is the difference between your own thoughts and our online conversation is who has control of whats said ?

how are we 2 when we communicate as one forum ?

if this discussion were put into a book,  would that be 2 people or 1 reader ?

Then there is quantity of names which I am interpreting you are saying to me.

no,  the focus is who is boss.

who's art is it,  yours or the numbers.  when you see life,  do you see what the numbers tell you ?

would michelangelo have carved an angel if he believed the marble ?

Focus is where the cursor is or focus is a state of mind.

I do not see life as life, I see the result of the chaos left over after configuration space has moved forward

---

but you have to accept thats a choice.  Life is just life, as any blade of grass.  You have empowered that choice.

--

Michelangelo did believe the marble or he wouldn't see the existence of what was inside

if michelangelo believed the marble,  he would have left it alone with its fellow rocks.  He insisted this was not marble,  it was an angel and he hacked away at the unnecessary. The Angel did not acknowledge the numbers the marble insisted upon. You can not allow hall to be marble, you have to carve it out. Your hal is in there just as the angel was in the marble.  But if you sit and wait for the marble to suddenly make angels,  you are mistaken.

in the end,  the Angel was made of marble,  and not the opposite.

the angel was the boss and it changed the marble.

The truth is in the situation which I realized and you discount.

Presented a block of marble in a palace or building he walked around it and studied it until it spoke to him telling him it's true form.

if i sat and stared at a piano to give me a song,  i'd be there a heck of a long time.  I usually go listen to the shower when I want to matrix a new song.  In reality, pianos are silent when you leave them alone.  So to watch you give credit to marble is disheartening. There is no life in marble.  marble is a rock,  you have to 'breathe' life into that rock.

He was not at the quarry nor did he pull the ropes to move it, he had nothing to do with the pile of rocks

situational awareness,, I have experience in these things and processes so I know them without having to study

michelangelo had a wild imagination and he took it out on a rock.

the rock said nothing about it.

ricky, this is where you and an artist differ, many people say their subject or medium "speaks to them"

then maybe i've come full circle.

that angel would have been beautiful as sand, as ice, as glass, as spam, as lego blocks

material things do not rule me,  i rule them.  I am the one with the life,  inanimate things do not speak to me.  Maybe thats where Im the skeptic,  I refuse to accept what i see.

That is not a door,  it is firewood.  watch.

perception and focus.

im starting to wonder if i am the cause of 2012,  i once had a lucid dream about it. Now i see its translation.

My dreams told me one thing,  and i ended up carving it out of software.

Robert gave me a canvas, I painted an angel.
no more no less.

the canvas is not alive, my painting is.

like i said,  you are looking for the last digit of pi, you will never come full circle like that.

im anything you paint me to be,  and i also am talking to you.

we think therefore we are.

fine fine,  you are an artiste',  just not a very colorful one.
