A big problem with credit card !!

i try to buy Hal Representative several time.
Each time the secure server finish to write :
"that no CCVS was possible, your order is voided"
i hope that my credit card will not be charge !
I try to change credit card , that didn't work too.
What is wrong ?
I send you many mail no answer !
What should i do ?
could you give a answer.

I saw that that was already arrived has someone which was output 3 times on its ¶credit card to see the forum (Hal representative)
I hope that it was refunded.
It appears strange to to me that since almost 1 year that was not corrected!!
