If there is a database error, the staff will try to remedy the issue as soon as possible.

Zabaware has always honered it's licence agreement with you guys.

You do understand hal has been free now for some 02 years . Your welcome sir.
Not to mention if your running the addon pack it never goes dead......
But understand this clearly, When you purchased a license for UltraHal, all you did was buy a licence to lease UlTraHal's code. The check box explanes all this, you know, the box that says, click here if you AGREE to the terms.

Please stop your postings for the time. Robert has been made aware of your issues and has been in contact with me. He is dealing with some personal issues and it might take 4 days to a week or so before he is able to check the servers and possibly rectify things for you.

Yes, we have been dealing with hackers and spammers daily but we have software in place that helps us thwart them.

The good thing is that you have created a new account and with UltraHal 7.0/7.5 being free, you should have no issue experimenting with Hal. If you have backups of your system or better yet, of Hal's .db files and other ones, your Hal should be back and running without breaking a sweat.

While I know this is quite an imposition on you, please be patient for a week and hopefully, we can put things right for you.

You know there's no need for name-calling or making false threats against Robert, Zabaware, or the staff. Zabaware has never knowingly cheated anyone out of anything since they have been in business. Hal has won several awards over the past 20+ years and they didn't do that by defrauding anyone!

So give it a rest and enjoy your Hal. We'll do what we can do for you on our end.
