Just visited the nextup.com site and listened to the Karen voice.  Thanks for the tip. I am going to purchase it when I get home from work today.  It is one of the best so far (within our price range)!

I have received the same files and they work fine with my Windows Media Player 10.  You could also import them into Windows Movie Maker and they would work.  (I tried it before recommending it to you.)

My two cents:

If you have a problem with the product, then uninstall it and move on to other pastures.  But do not spoil it for the rest of us by creating such a fuss.

I agree with our member senior Aladyblond.  It would be better to have a more mature character available as an option.  As an "over 50" user I would prefer a slightly older looking girl.  But I also agree, the graphics you created are excellent.

Have you tried searching Russian sites for an answer.  It would seem Russia would have software that reads Russian. For example:
