I gust bout ultra hal 5.0 where would i find the password would it be on the recepit if not where would it be

I believe the password is usually sent to the purchaser's
email address in a confirmation letter.

It could very well be. It's been quite some
time since I bought my v.5.0 of Hal and
really can't remember all the specifics.
You can always try the license code.
