Title: THANKS cyberjedi for helping me to get halvision going

THANKS cyberjedi for helping me to get halvision going , and Art to for trying to help and instructions . the problem seemed to be the file and also two files for the vision i needed in programs files was missing.  it's working as it should be now .

as you know,02 years i worked on it
There are still small things to do then its off to robert for finale approval.
