Title: Error loading character 214702 4894-2

I know this isn't really a new question, I've seen it on the board once before but the answer was so far over my head I was hoping someone could help me!  
I purchased Ramses and Cleopatra from desktopmates to run on my upgrade of Hal.  I also purchased a the voices.  At startup Cleopatra comes to the front and makes her initial greeting, however one Hal actually starts where Cleopatra stands is blank.  I do get the voice but no picture of Cleopatra and I get the error message that you see in the subject line.  I need to know the simple way to fix this.

Is "Cleopatra" in the Characters Folder in Hal?


"C:Program FilesabawareUltra Hal Assistant 5Characters"

Sometimes, the character hides behind the Hal window.
