All,
Read the forum, checked my calender and had 32 days. Opened the brain editor and it hung. Restarted and Hal said it had to be reactivated. Went to Zabaware and got a code, Hal said it has a corrupted license file, at this point I'm going in a circle, it gives me the same request code and I get the same reactivation number which it says has been used before. The Hal computer is not online. What do I do?

You need to download and install the latest Hal 6 from www.zabaware.com/download.asp It will break this circle and let you activate normally with your serial number. If you already downloaded the latest version and it is saying the same activation has been used already, just wait until tomorrow, as the server generates different activation codes each day. So in about 30 minutes at midnight here, the Zabaware server will generate a new code for you.
