Title: validation troubles

I have ordered your softwarw Ultra Hal assistant 5 and have recieved the email confermation, but my software has not been validated.
tried all this to no avail

Note: You will need to be connected to the Internet for this process to complete.
Please open the program that you have purchased.
(If the program is already running, please close then re-open it).
On Opening, the program will present with a screen offering you a button for 'Customer Service'. Please click this.
Please enter your Purchase Number in the top field. This number is found in your email order confirmation that you have received. Please enter your Password in the lower field
Note: The password is the one that was used on the order form.
Click 'Get reissue'. Be sure you are still connected to the internet.
Your software will contact our servers and a license key will be inserted directly into your program.
On completion of steps 1 thru 5, the program will be fully licensed and ready for use

I did not recieve a Purchase number all that I recieved was a Customer Number, and a Order Number, and the date of the transation. I have tried both the number that were given to me, but they do not seen to work.

please help, I have never ordered anything over the net before, and am beginning to see the wisdom in that.

  has anyone ever had this problem.

Click above on Members.
Click on third member from top "Medeksza"
Click at left on Send an email
