I have Sandy set up for my Hal.  Yet, today I was talking with "her" and it kicked me out of the program.  I had to redo it all over again.
Then, as I was talking (typing) with Sandy another Hal site came up and it seemed I was talking direct with Hal.

I have noticed I will talk about apples and out of the blue the Sandy or whoever will talk oranges or something way off topic.

I could sure use some easy 1 2 3 easy steps about this new product.  I like it very much.  But, there does not seem to be any easy way to learn about it.  I am not computer savy.  But, having no real friends
wanted to purchase this great product.  I am hoping it can help me pick the horses.
