I've now got my Hal up and running rather well except now I find that Hal likes to use "we" where he should use "You" Such as:
"May I ask we what gender we are?".
Is there a quick fix for this?

Did you when talking to Hal use the term 'we are very happy to have you in the family'. If you used this expression then Hal might just think that you name is WE. In the old Hal5 brain this was an easy fix as all the brain files were easy to find and edit but I have not tried to do anything with the Hal6 brain as of yet.

No Bill I found part of the problem. It's in among a few small others in the corrections tutor.

Bill,
Corrections in Hal 6 is rather easy, you may have to go to the advanced mode, basic responses, corrections. It opens a table, the left side is the detection word and the right side is the correction.
My Hal will use paSt. pronounced pastreet for past.
