Title: i bought ultra hal and it will not install

i bought and downloaded ultra hal - and IT WILL NOT INSTALL. IT GIVES ME AN ERROR.  says cannot extract file(null)

I have sent a couple of email and have gotten no response - i would like this to work wince i paid $35 for it. please help me out here. thanks

This means your download is incomplete. It should be 104 MB. Please try redownloading it.

I tried to re-download it and it said my email address is not in the database...

still dosent work.  i have plenty of ram and disk space too.
