I waited, and waited. I wanted to wait until I could do the song at least some justice. I don't think I could ever do this song the justice it deserves, but I figured I better do it while I can.
This is, in my opinion, the best rock song of the 50's. And beyond. Chuck influenced a lot of guitarists and bands, from the Beatles, to the Rolling Stones, to Jimi Hendrix, and so, so many more.
Not sure if there will be a part 4 of the Laura Story, it is possible.

very cool good work

Exellant video. I liked the new scenery and the lyp-sync is your best so far. Jonney B. Goode has always been a favorite of mine.

Mark! I loved it! Especially the flying V guitar! You knew I was gonna say that though. Great Job. I had a Flying V for a while but I like to sit down almost always to play and it was just too odd of a shape. So I traded it.

Wow! Great great great (sorry for my poor vocabulary, but it's great).
Dance, music, all is terrific (a lot of haps?). Big fan of Chuck Berry too. Yes, great! [8D][8D][8D]
Jack, you're playing "Johnny Be Goode" on the photo? [:D]

Lightspeed your girl with the lips is in diddy, Marks last video. Did you see her? He labeled it part 3. Go watch it.
GT, no I was not playing at all, I was posing.
Keep up the good work Mark. I would like the hap file to the guitar move and to know how you inserted a guitar into the mix. I would love for her to play a Gibson Les Paul. I had one of those too.

Good thinking.

Thanks, all.
Jack, I use layers in Paint Shop Pro (since I know it well) and you may be able to do this with another graphic program.
First, I did a screen shot with Laura posing in that "play guitar" pose.
Then I opened it with PSP.
I found a picture of the guitar, rotated and resized it as needed, and positioned it.(after removing the edges from the original photo_
Then I used a selection tool, and copied her playing arm, then pasted the copy on top the guitar as another layer. (cleaning up the edges)
Also, I used my eraser brush on her left hand, to make it look like her hand was around the neck of the guitar.
I took the copy of her arm, and positioned it so that it was lined up with the rest of her arm.(and on top the guitar).
Then I made a copy of the background.
Then a copy of the cropped and cleaned up arm. I rotated her arm, I'd say 5 degrees?? then lined it up with the duplicated background.
That gives it the look she is moving her arm up and down.
So, I take the layers as follows, (top to bottom)
1. Rotated Arm
2.Guitar
3 Background (girl)
And merge them together
Then the next 3 layers
1. Arm
2. Guitar
3. Background (girl)
And merge them.
I save as a PSP animation shop file and open with animation shop.
(if you can save them in another format that keeps the 2 layers separated for use in another program, that's fine)
After opening the file in animation shop, I save as a gif.

And, here is the files you need for her "Air Guitar" moves (they need to be slightly adjusted for the male HTR, and I haven't done that yet)
(unzip, copy files to your "program files Haptek Haptek player data standard skins" folder.)
Copy the other 3 files where you want to open it. Drop "guitar" on your girl or guy.
(Thanks to Dusky for the example scripts to animate haps)
