Title: how do i uninstall?

I have the shareware version of ultra hal on my computer and I keep trying to uninstall it and it keeps reloading itself and reappearing.  It's really annoying because it loads first thing on my computer and slows everything else down.  Can someone please tell me how to uninstall it??

Do not just try deleting Hal's folder, as it utilizing the Microsoft Windows Installer Service which has a "self-healing" function. You must use "Add/Remove Programs" from your Windows Control Panel to properly uninstall the program.
