Thanks, if you want to try it, here is the script:

#Haptek Version= 2.00 Name= Longblonde.hap HapType= script FileType= text

\setname [figure= body_female name= fullBod]
\load [file= data/standard/skins/hair5_9EXP.htr]
\Scale[figure= hair5_9EXP x= 2.0 y= 2.6 z= 2.0 t= 1]
   \   translate [figure= hair5_9EXP y= -24 z= -0]

You may want to put another blond color underneath. I used hair4_final9exp for the inside.
