Hello everyone, I'm working on a replica of K9 from Doctor Who and I found this engine to be quick fascinating! And I wanted to know if the program allows for integration with micro controllers to allow the A.I to explore its environment and possibly move on its own? I realize there would be additional programming involved but I'm curious if this program allows expandability beyond a simple desktop interface?
My goal is to essential create an autonomous robot with a learning A.I.

I run two brains at the same time. One is Hal for conversational purposes and the other is for my robot. They don't speak to each other however but that does not bother me.

I think Spydaz and a couple of others were experimenting with using X-10 and/or Girder in Home control applications with Hal.

Hi filmcraft.
yes, HAL can use micro controllers if the micro controllers use an activeX type software to run them at micro controller addresses.
if the controllers have a software then please post the name of the software and I will see if I can help you pull out the commands from the program.
