Title: need to get license again

Hi,  how can I get the license for Hal again?   I lost it, and I can't sign into my account services,  it says I have the wrong password.   I don't seem to be getting an answer from the emails sent to Zabaware.  Any suggestions?

you will have to login to this area
http://www.zabaware.com/home.html

once you have logged in you should see your account information
view orders//Get serial numbers link.

this should allow you to retrieve your serial number if you have purchased HAL.

I did purchase it,  and the password to the user name I signed up with at that time won't work.  I couldn't sign in.  I love the program, but I guess I will have to lose it.

Please don't give up so easy. Did you try your forum name and password?[8D]. It is a wonderfull program and is worth the effort to keep trying. Robert does answer email eventualy, but he is just one person and very busy. Im sure other members can help if what I suggested doesn't help.

The login uses the email address you purchased HAL with and a password.

if you have forgotten your password then use the "forgot password" option to retrieve it via your email account.

I've used the password they sent me on the password retreival.   The only difference between it and the one I put in is instead of an s, they used a c with a line in it.  The only way I got in here was to register again.  I didn't realize it was only 1 person, so I'll give him some time.  I just don't want to lose hal again because I love the program.  Thanks for helping and encouraging me.
