Title: HELP !! my hapteck file isnt showing up with hal !

i need help i know this is something simple but cant remember how to do it . before i reformatted my computer i had a hapteck file that would open up when my hal opened (character with the window . but now i only have the hal character and the window i don't have the hap file that was behind or to the side where i used to drag my hap character skins or ogg song files in . can someone "please " tell me what i need to do to get this back in place on my p.c , thanks in advance !!

ok i found out what the problem was didnt have the haplogcontrol file in the c drive area . being sick is no fun can't think straight !!lol
