Title: mic settings button and voice not working

I feel that since another usuer has already had these problems and did not get any answers to a fix, this is not the software i will be needing.  there is no way of contact with company to resolve issues.  would like to return..how do i do that

You can actually get support from Robert, of course over the holidays it will certainly be delayed a little bit. I don't know if he is going back to School this year or if he has finished up.
