i'm french and i wanted to known if it is possible to have a "french hal assistant"(how speek frensn of course)

Sure... when ever Hal speaks to you, just answer in French... the trick to teaching Hal is to speak and answer Hal just like you would a real person. This is what really makes Hal intelligent in his conversations. If you keep speaking to Hal in French, he will start to talk to you in French...
