How exactly do you install a new character to use?

I found a file I wanted to use, but it seems like Ultra Hal is rejecting it. I'm still on the free trial, would that be causing him to treat me like this?

Welcome sajjad,
That is correct, you need the paid version & also the expansion pack to load any extra models.
