Title: calling on otce with question about making a possible plug in sentence deleter!

otce can a plug in be created simular to the corrections uhp? one that a person can say for example " delete complete line Well public places wouldn't like talking about that. and it would delete the whole tables line that has these words in . for example i have " Well public places wouldn't like talking about that."
this would help tremendously so that a person wouldn't have to go into all the subjects and tables searching for all the lines of an unwanted sentence.

anyway just wondering if it can be made ? i hope so! :)
