Title: Rob, Can't post Attachments and text limit.

Hi Rob.

when logged in, I can not attach files, there is no option to do so.
also, the forum pre-post for posting says I can not exceed 20,000 characters in length error.

I have an updated version of the Blank Slate Brain v6.2 but can't post it.

There should be an "Attachments and other options" link right below the area you write a response in. Do you not see it? It seems to be on in the admin options.

under that, the attachment options are:

Notify me of replies.
Lock this topic.
Return to this topic.
Sticky this topic.
Don't use smileys.
Move this topic.

there is no other options under 'attachments and other options', the word Attachments is there but when I click on it, the list above appears instead.

I use Firefox as my browser, Internet explorer has the same issue as well.

I just looked and I got same problem,
well, not problem as I don't do attachments,

This sounds like a permissions issue for your member group.  I'm guessing as I can add attachments.

It says below I can attach. Tried a .jpg . I don't see it.
It didn't appear at preview. Now that I've posted, I see it.
