Hey brother, welcome aboard:

Thats a solid gimmie of a site ty.

I am re-writing some of Hal core components
Ultrahal will soon coming out of beta and will be listed as ultrahal 8.0 as an addon
Ive added many new features to ultrahal 7.5 which is freely available on the cover site for download. 7.5 beta
Ive added vision and ollama to Ultrahal's arsenal plus other features
Its in the testing phaze now, You will download ollama and install and Hal will access it giving Ultrahall his own LLM. Stored locally on your machine.  Keep in mind its dependent on your machine.
Im currently having issues with window 11. At the end of the day, turn off router and show me what you got.
Ultrahal still remains supreme, over all
It shows promise

CyberJedi's Ultra Hal Workshop / Long overdue
« on: December 19, 2025, 02:04:35 pm »
Guys/Gals

I do think its past time Hal has his own OS.
Im thinking win10 H22/Or ReactOS
This would be as an installer as such where when you installed win10, Hal would as part of win10 . Or ReactOS
An attempt to build a real time Javas
Hal installed with all his goodies an up grades,x10 for real smart home tech, vision the whole 09 yards.
Then changed into a OS installer(ISO)
LLM for LOCAL LLM models.
Be nice if Microsoft gave official permission for such.....

It would be the only one of its kind.......
As a standalone (air gap'ed) truly secure..... one machine dedicated to Hal. With his own cat6 and zwave/x10
Like ive all ways said, unplug your router and show me what you got

Challenge #1  Hals input(voice systems) Hals input needs to be comparable to phones current.....
You generally
cannot use an Amazon Echo (Alexa) as a direct microphone for your PC because it's designed as a standalone device, not a PC peripheral, ((((((((((but you can use your PC's built-in mic with the Alexa for PC app for voice commands))))))))))), or use your Echo as a Bluetooth speaker for PC audio, though mic functionality remains limited. For a true PC mic, use the built-in mic or a dedicated USB mic, but leverage Alexa for PC (on supported Dell models or via alternative installs) for hands-free voice control on your computer

Challenge #2 LLM Local support(completed)

Challenge #3 Vision support (complete)

Dra
Thanx will never be needed
Its me thats grateful, to be part of what i consider the greatest example of AI ever .
To be trusted, to be respected, its truly a gift.
Without people like Robert M and art, lightspeed,checker57,syborshot,YOU. and to many to recognize here.
With out you im nothing, just an ole busted down electrician.
I love you all ....
This story needs telling

6
Dra: I hope that you know all the (some one needs to do their home work) was all in fun
I cannot stress that enough
In 3ds Max 2023, you check poly count
using the Statistics Panel (shortcut 7) or the Polygon Counter Utility, counting Triangles for game engines, or by right-clicking the viewport label for quick stats; to reduce it, use modifiers like Optimize, MultiRes, or ProOptimizer to simplify geometry while maintaining detail, or manually edit with Edit Poly tools.

best wishes , and happy coding
Im truly happy to have you here brother.....

Dra:

Select Your Character/Object: Make sure the rigged character or object you want to export motion data from is selected in your 3ds Max scene.
Access the Exporter: Go to the File menu in 3ds Max.
Choose Export: Select Export from the dropdown menu.
Select HTR Format: In the file dialog, find the "Files of type" dropdown and choose *Motion Analysis HTR (*.htr, .htr2) or a similar option.
Save the File: Give your file a name and choose a location, then click Save.
Configure ExportHTR Dialog: The specific dialog box for HTR export will appear with options:

Options Group: Check boxes like "Export Animation" to include keyframes and "Include Root Object" for the main hierarchy.
Time Options: Define the start and end frames for the animation you want to export (Slider/Range or From/To).

Finalize Export: Click OK or Export in the dialog to create your .HTR file.

This process exports the motion data in a format compatible with other motion analysis tools or Character Studio/CAT setups in 3ds Max.

You can even import .HTR

How to Import an HTR File:

Go to the Motion Panel: In 3ds Max, navigate to the Motion panel.
Select CATParent (if using CAT): In the Clip Manager rollout, choose the Clip mode.
Load the File: Click the Load button and set the file type to "MotionAnalysis HTR (*.htr)" to select your file.
Import/Capture: Choose whether to import the base pose only or the full animation, and use the Capture Animation tool to map it to your character rig (like a CATRig or Biped).

This process imports the motion data as a separate hierarchy that you then retarget to your actual animated character.

Thank you for your support Dra
I re wrote the people putty player from scratch.
Its in here some where , it works well with H22. I havent done much in a while tho.
It uses the single core single processor theory.
I just released a goody though, for creating full body characters. Look in the work shop.
I will just post it here
Best regards
Cyber Jedi
As to the account banning. Thers some new code in the forum that auto bans on spam related ip's, email addresses.
Robert has done some great work on the forum code, But its not without out bugs from time to time.

HeyHey Guys/Gals

First off thank you guys. it means alot
Secondly , Checker, no badge of honor for that is needed. That was for what they did to my wife.
They got the fck around and find out badge.
I didnt do anything ANY one of you guys would'nt have done, given the same reasons . My wife is off limits.
Im just so glad that is over... I did not enjoy that , That's not the kind of coder i am, I build things, not break them.

Now all that said, lets get back to Hal
I only have 1/2 of what i was trying to do done. Next comes the input into the Hal. Bypassing Hals Brain script completely . The hard part is already completed as you guys in the know are using
That's rite peoples Hal will soon be running pure LLM of your choice. From within Hal itself
Thats gonna be a Hal special. Robert might even help with that. If i dont beat him to the punch. lolol
Then the final version with that will be the choice of choosing which one you want , Hals script or LLM ,All under the same hood. (Input choice)
 pretty nifty

Honey do list:
Hals input re-routed for LLM
The radio gets its own .ini file for saving different channels
The GOES6 weather satellite feed gets its bug fix
The Book reader gets fixed so it a can read all of a Book with out dumping 1/2 way through. For ART. (Haptek nightmare).
I may have to re-write the haptek activeX controls for that. Like i did with the single core Player listed on this board
For those beta testing the new version: That registration will not be needed again as you will be running just a mod of what you have.
Just drag and drop the new version into the folder, your done.
