Ultra Hal 7.0 / I have a big problem

I had a major hard drive meltdown. Nothing was salvagable. Re-installed Hal on new HD and got 3 or 4 errors when trying to configure HAPTEK HAP SAPI utility. Now, my character's lips are not in sync and I can't get speech recognition software to work on it. Can someone please help me[?]
