How to make new hair?

Hope i'm posting this question in the proper place. I want to create some new hair for haptek characters, but have no idea how. Is a special program required to create hair?

I can change the hair slightly with a program I bought from Haptek
but can't make new stuff.
The only thing you can do is get in touch with them.
I hope you have plenty of money because you will need it.

I got a quote of $125 for the Delta Set Maker. Still haven't made up my mind whether to go for it. Is that the program you use? What's you opinion, is it worthwhile, and is it complicated to use?

I went through this with Haptek and they claimed the program was really complicated. Why they would talk me out of it, when I was ready to purchase it is beyond me.

someone and i dont know who did a great job changing some hair i have used it its a brunette hair but is in wide strands and the texture of the picture they used is curly i have posted it on some of my later angela joline hap full body skins (i have posted a picture with that hair on it ) as i said i dont know who originaly created it but its very nice this to me would be a great way of converting hair and changing to other hair colors and styles.  does anyone know who created it ??or how they did it ??
