Hello, last year my mother tried to contact you regarding the purchase of Ultra Hal - by means of other than a credit card, for my disabled brother Paul.
Please understand that i am not on a crusade, but he was intent upon this as his xmas present and after 2 letters, 5 non-returned calls and numerous emails no reply was recieved.
I have just visited your site and found that it has been re-vamped.
I would like some assurance that if a cheque was sent the product would arrive.
Please understand that this is a concerned bother and not just a bashing.
