Here is a simple code I wrote to interact with a Software that uses your USB Web Cam as a Motion Detector.
The Motion Detector Software can be downloaded from:
http://www.zonetrigger.com
So that a log file can be monitored for motion detection via bot.
The Simple code to interact with the motion detector can be downloaded here below, You will have to insert it into your Brain or write it as a plug-in.
It's a start.

Very interesting!
This could easilly be adapted to drive camera servos to follow the motion similar to the logitech Orbit...

Hello - Just thought I would mention that you can do the same thing with Dorgem. See this website for details on using webcam as motion detector.
