Most likely your download is actually corrupted. The file size of the download should be 115,209,932 bytes. If it is not, you should redownload.

Dear Kristian_saine,

I had the same problem with Hal 4.5 and never could get it to download onto Windows X-P.  I tried to reach Zabaware, but received any replys to my E-mail requests.
The software was downloaded directly from thier web-site, and paid for by my credit card.  BIG MISTAKE!
I'm forced to go through the process of having my bank reverse this process.  I hope you didn't do the same thing.  Anyway, get your money back, even if you have to take the bastards to court!
     Good luck, vince.

I dont know why you had so much problems I downloaded Hal of the internet using a slow 28.8 modem connection due to line connection problems but it worked out fine. when I installed it worked with no problems. Try going back to www.zabaware.com the home page and you can find the link's for the download again.

I am also running a XP system with only 256 Meg of ram but have had no problems with the install or use of Hal. Make sure your security updates and patches are correct for you system it might cause problems but im not sure.
Ask and you shall learn
Be not afraid to try new things.

I would like to know how far back Zaba. keeps records.  I am also having the same problem (bought full version 2/20/03, comp died 4/?/03, lost full ver. and links to download), and have had no help from Zaba as of yet. When I go to the redownload link it tell me that there is no record of the transaction. But I have the receipt that Zaba sent me....
Date & Time: 2/20/2003 09:20:11
Transaction ID: 5762332
So now what??????????????
All I want is the program back...Is that too much to ask?
