Surfing The Net With Hal

Hello! I wonder if the "Surfing The Net With Hal" feature will work well with the Mozilla Firefox browser and its bookmarks or if it only works with Explorer browser and favorites. Thanks :-)

Hal works with the Default Browser using search, research, find and locate commands. But it only does a Google lookup, not "Surfing" as you put it.

you can download the websurfer plugin here:

it will give you some additional surfacing options.

Hi
I notice some of the plugins were added to the forum in 2006. Is it likely some or all are included in newer versions of Hal (6.2)?
Or is it simply that all plugins in the forum are never incorporated into the main Hal?
Just checking as the improper noun plugin looks useful......
Thanks
