Can Hal respond to the DreamOutLoud plugin?

I have noticed that the Dreamer plugin will sometimes dream about things from Hals idle responses. I was wondering if it's somehow possible to make Hal respond to the Dreamer plugin? That could result in some interesting conversations. []
