Nendo is only 49 dollars...!
Though it is a cut down version of Mirai you can get pretty far.

Rhino3D is more of a product for industrial designers... plus it's strength is as a nurbs modeler.

I like Izware's software because I know the guys who started the company and it is an offshoot of my first professional CGI software made by the Symbolics Corporation way back in the mid 1980's.

For anyone interested in painting these textures or any other paint related imagery and you have a tight budget I highly recommend that you use this free open source software:
The Gimp http://www.gimp.org/ for paint software.
You can use it with most operating systems:

If you want to generate models please check out this software:

This software is a mini version of Mirai arguably the best polygon software available (more than 15 years of real-world, in-the-trenches development).

Ultra Hal Assistant File Sharing Area / A request for a skin (2)

Hi this is the maker of Nadia.

Please feel free to play with the characters on my site however you wish. I am adding more functionality to them and have added a BLOG regarding the work that you can post your revisions to. Here is a link to the UV layout of the character Nadia.

Please update me with whatever additions you make and I will make a mechanism where you can select it and interact with the current ALICE based AI.

I plan to make additions to the characters giving her more dynamic action and better deformations. I will be adding more conversation driven performance to the characters on the site, with the potential for in world exploration.

I really appreciate your help in promoting my site.
It is tough getting the stuff out there. You seem to have created a nice niche for your bots.

I hope I can help with more exciting designs and functionality in the future or an emotion engine that responds to chat content.

I've posted a how to in the bulletin board section of my site and have added copy-able page that I used to generate the frameset on my site.

I am not using Haptek geometry, being a specialist in that area and have considered porting in Poser models. I have created about 75 facial targets so I would have to propogate them to the poser model and have limited time to work on this. I think my time is better spent just creating new characters... easier for the facial targeting port. Plus it helps me in my goal of building a brand.

So you can use my bot with graphics or your own brain with my avatar. I will try to get it so you can upload textures and accessories soon.

Thanks for posting my work http://clone3d.com here. I have posted a "how to" in the bulletin board area of the site.

Though I've been working on this project for about two years, I've only recently integrated an ALICEbot (program Z) by Pandorabots with the Haptek player. You can chat with her using a form input method. I started the character with a default cut of Dr. Richard Wallace's AAA ALICE AIML as a brain matrix and am slowly training and editing the code to make her more unique. I plan to tweak her so she will perform actions according to the content of the chat session as well as expand her world and introduce other characters.


This is a side project that I'm working on now and then when I am not too busy with my regular day job. I am planning to expand it and add more funtionality as I get time. The site's been up since October '02.
