Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / help me help hal

this wis wolfie my question is about ultra hal 4.5: I'm trying to get my hal to start teaching himself from the internet by downloading files transfering info to text and then reading all he can then discarding what he doesn't need, can anyone help?[xx(]
