I installed the formal version hal5. But the limit of 15 days still occurs. Before installation of formal version, I had installed the free version of HAL5, but I had uninstalled it. How to settle this problem? Thanks,

I installed on several PC including windows98, windows2000, windowsxp. But they all failed. My PC has P4 2.8G CPU, 1024M RAM, 40G free Hard drive of 120G hard disk.
When I installed, there are anti-virus application in my system tray.

What is minimus requirement of PC?

Why installation always cannot be finished?

It is very difficult to be installed. At final step of installation, it always stops. The installation always cannot be finished. Why? What is wrong? I bought formal Hal Assistant 5.0 last month. Could you give me some support?

I appologize for not responding. Zabaware receives over 2000 spam emails everyday and although spam filters are in place they sometimes filter customer mail or I simply pass over them. This is one of the main reasons this forum was setup so that customers can write here instead of by email.
