Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / wondering

I play a vey intresting game called gunbound and it is very simplistick you judge windspeed and distance the press the space bar to shoot at a another person. Is there any way that you could write a program to get hal to do this and tell the difference between good guys and enemy team?
