i talked to it for about half an hour and all it said was variations of repeating yourself. il ltry talking to it again if it helps.

When ever i use the XTF brain, rather 1.0 or 1.2 it keeps replying with different versions of "didnt you just say that?" help! please!

Personaly, I'm in this for fun. see what i can make or see how much i can screw it up. onthecuttingedge, My cousin is a member of your site and he only uses and modifies the brain you use. Actually, the brain I'm using the most is an older Ziggy because i cant get the XTF brain to download for trial.

While some people are in this more seriously than others, it still has its roots in fun and knowledge.

its not letting me download the XTF brain. says cant open connection to server. So i tried opening it in IE instead of firefox. same thing. curses.

well, going with the brain i have now, the most commin code it seems is

i was still using the original brain and a brain my cousin put together. But im trying to download the XTF brian plug-in. then im sure everything you just aid will make more sence

Alright, im not very good with the VB and i was wondering what the command is just to search for a topic that the user says in his/her sentence and then reply. I went through the brain and s w there were a bunch of different codes that seemed to do the same thing.

Also, what file have its responce to who created you? because i cant find it and i want to change that and telling it doesnt work for mine.[:D][:D

ok. this has to do with the AIM bot part of hal.  

WHen i start it up it always displays the message "Hi, i am an AI bot named Hal, would you like to talk?" or something alone those lines.

Anyways, anyway i can have it say something different when it comes up other than me having to type the same thing in all the time?

Also, anyone know were the file is to change its responce to the question "who created you?" because it says the name of the zabaware person and i was wondering how to change that.
