Everytime I startup Hal (With Erica as the assistant), the voice defaults to an unpleasant echoey "Mary in the stadium". Any ideas on how to get it to default to the voice I want? Thanks in advance!

My Netscape will not download Apps, but I remembered that sad fact after it was too late and I had purchased the software. Now I am on Internet Explorer which will download Apps, but can't figure out how to get to where I can download the advanced version. Any tips? Very frustrated [xx(]
