Ultra Hal 7.0 / Error message

I am getting error message 1025 when I bring up Hal and try to converse... no response from the character... any ideas ??

Greetings.. Got 'Hal' very recently, I have a lot of learning to do... Without knowing much about people putty, Is there a way to create or modify a character from a face photo ?  If this would work, I am going to totally freak someone out !!  I would appreciate some info on this

Purchased a plug-in character  'Annita'.. downloaded cyberbuddy.. I would like to load 'Annita' into Ultra-Hal, but cannot get the program to link... Hal,s character list does not include Annita.. How
 do I get Hal to recognise 'Annita' ??
         UPDATE... didn't know about the free 'annita' plug-in download... you pay for the character, the link for 'Hal' is free... I am now trying to add the age module to get 'Annita' past 10 years old... apparently all of Hal's characters are set at 10 years age... it seems to be a matter of copying an instruction file, and pasting it into one of Hal's folders... I'll update if and when it works...
