WHEN I TRY TU USE ULTRAHAL NEOSPEECH HAL OR KATE. I GET A REPORT THAT IT HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND MUST CLOSE. ALL OF THE OTHER VOICES WORK. I USED THE CD INSTALL. CAN ANYONE HELP? PLEEEEEZE.
