Ultra Hal 7.0 / Hal Text-to-Speach Reader Question

Hi all,
I know this is not the correct forum to post this, but there really isn't an appropriate forum.
I downloaded the free Hal Text-to-Speach reader from this website and thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately my free time expired so I uninstalled it from my computer. Then I logged on to the website to buy the full version online. Well, AFTER I bought it I was directed to open the free reader, click purchase, and enter in my registration code. Well I tried re-installing it, from the setup program still on my hard drive, but it won't let me. So, now I cannot access the product that I purchased.
Yes, I did email for help, but have yet to receive a response. I am patient and don't mind waiting for the response, however if anyone has any suggestions as to how to get access to the product I would love to hear them.
