When I first installed it, it gave an error that comdlg32.ocx was missing. I put it in system32, but could not register it.
But I noticed another post about running a program as administrator. So I went to programs and right clicked on the shortcut, properties, compatibility, and checked run as administrator.
Worked fine then.
I noticed there is a .dll of the same name. Presumably it is doing the job.
