Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / mouse macros

Can someone please help answering this. I am interested in buying Hal - but I need a software which can use mouse macros..such as example: mousepointer goes to position X 99 Y 89 (on screen) then clicks. Can I do that somehow, please tell me exactly how (im not a programmer).

Also, if I buy, can I download it directly?
