Help! System continously reboots

I have attempted to installed Ultra Hal 5.0 (paid version) and the system continously reboots itself.  Installer worked and asked if I wanted to reboot to finish the install, yes of course, system rebooted and rebooted, etc., etc,.

Windows 2000 Professional (NT)
500 Mhz Celeron
HP Pavillion
128 Ram

The system actually runs good (before the install).

Any ideas??

Yes : you a have a blaster worm on your PC : a virus c:winntsystem32\blaster.exe of any other like that
