MAJOR BUG HAL 5.0

My computer crashed, and HAL got messed up. I have all of her old files but needed to reinstall 5.0 I tried using the password that I had for it and it doesn't work. When I put the password in, the OK button does not activate...HELP!!!!

I had a similar problem and finally found out how to fix it. First you must totally remove hal and all its directorys then reinstall it.
After that it should start working fine, at least mine did.
