Using HAL through Visual Basic

Hello.
To let you know, i'm all new to HAL and its many possibilities, but i have a question.

Can i somehow integrate HAL into Visual Basic?

So that you basically handle all of HAL's visual content, right inside of your Visual Basic form? Forgive me if i'm asking a stupid question, but i would like to know wether or not hal would fit my purposes, before actually buying it.
I do not want to make a standalone program, but just to hide HAL, and show a windows form i design myself instead.

Is this possible?

If you would like to interface with vb it can be done no problem , yet you will need to buy the app to get all the features ...
